Brockstedt Architect, P.C., project management is the focal point of its business. Consultants are not merely engaged, but are directed and carefully coordinated to meets the projects objectives.

At the start of each project, we work with the client to establish the project parameters. After careful attention to code considerations, we then design to meet the client’s needs. Whether the project involves new construction, the upgrade of an existing building to comply with today's stringent fire safety systems, or the renovation of an existing structure, we closely manage every aspect of the design/building process to ensure that the final product meets the client’s program.

As the building process is changing, the firm recognizes the need to be responsive to changes in project objectives. Through our experience in managing projects as varied as retail and office build-outs, residential renovations, recreational facilities and hotel renovations and conversions, we have developed a pragmatic approach to architecture that is highlighted by our ability to reconfigure plans midstream to meet changing objectives, whether these involve time, scale or budget.

Another leading-edge component of our practice is the conversion of presently under utilized buildings for alternative uses. With a reverence for the past and an eye to the future, we recognize the integrity of existing structures and, where appropriate, adapt them to new situations.
