An existing Lexington Avenue Hotel was in need of a redesign to existing marble cladding at the sidewalk level and an outdated marque. Ownership had previously upgraded all of the lobby level interiors with a new restaurant and bar, and new lobby with an upscale clubroom style.

As such, limestone was selected for the exterior wall materials, new storefronts and doors, aluminum marque and finishing touches with new lighting and canvas awnings. This combination of finishes would succeed in marrying the exterior with the interior while accomplishing the Owner’s desire for the hotel to have a very inviting feeling, contemporary design with classical materials.
