A complicated rehab/ renovation project of a retired theater building in Harlem. A new floor was inserted under what was the proscenium arch, in order to accomodate 2 floors of bowling lanes in a space with marginal tolerances.

Other features included corporate party spaces, a billards room, sports bar and café/ kitchens.

The building’s structure was altered for the project, an otherwise unused building revived, MJBAPC oversaw the expediting process and saw to it that the unique design exceeded the clients expectations.
